Dresden, Tenn.–Hats off to some extraordinary Weakley County Schools students who are helping make history. Westview High School Teacher Kyle Rogers and the students in his ‘Unmanned Aircraft in Agriculture’ class were a huge help in capturing drone shots and footage at the Weakley County Courthouse in Dresden last week. The images and video will be used in projects associated with the upcoming Weakley County’s Bicentennial. In photo, students are at work at the courthouse, by the statue of former Governor Ned Ray McWherter. What a unique way to be a part of this historic occasion. (Weakley County Schools photo).
