Martin, Tenn.–The Martin Police Department has announced a division transfer and several promotions that were effective Tuesday. Officer Chris Finch has transferred from the Patrol Division to an Investigator position in the Criminal Investigations Division. Officer Grayson Whitworth has been promoted to Patrol Sergeant. Officer Nick Combs has been promoted to Patrol Sergeant. Sgt. Trae Vaughn has been promoted to Patrol Lieutenant. Inv. Kelly Hendon has been promoted to CID Lieutenant.
