Martin, Tenn.–New University of Tennessee at Martin Chancellor Yancy Freeman and his wife Rafielle enjoyed touring Martin and meeting with city department heads on Tuesday. The visits were coordinated by the City of Martin and highlighted the facilities and employees in the community.
