Union City, Tenn.–After Ada Reed Rogers won Fairest of the Fair at the Obion County Fair Saturday night, she went straight to Etheridge House and The Arbors in Union City–still wearing her tiara–to pay a visit to her great-grandmother Ms. Kathleen.
