Paris, Tenn.–A number of BBQ cooks were mighty tired after the Henry County Fair BBQ Cookoff that started Friday morning and ended Saturday afternoon and several took home some nice hardware for all their hard work.
Eighteen teams from all over the area competed in competition and winners have been announced. Top overall winner was the Hogs B Hatin team, with Crove Food Co. of Cottage Grove named the reserve champion.
Competitors were judged on ribeyes, chicken, ribs, and pulled pork.

Pulled Pork 1. Hogs B Hatin; 2. Boarderline BBQ; 3. DC’s Backyard Smokers.
