Join LIFELINE Blood Services for the “In Memory of Cherie” blood drive on her birthday, Wednesday, July 26th from 9am-6pm at LIFELINE Blood Services located at 183 Sterling Farms Drive. Cherie Hale Parker served as Marketing Manager for 28 years for LIFELINE. You may recognize Cherie’s picture from her numerous LIFELINE commercials where she would encourage others to give the gift of life through blood donations. She was a blood donor herself and worked tirelessly on our themed blood drives. Everyone who knew Cherie, loved Cherie.
All donors will receive a donor t-shirt as well as one free movie pass to redeem at Empire 8 Theatre located at 1511 Vann Drive in Jackson TN. The blood drive will have a beach theme and there will be a variety of fun prizes for our donors to register to win. Additionally, all donors, 18 years and up, will be entered into the 2020 Ford Mustang giveaway as well.

LIFELINE provides blood services to 21 West Tennessee counties, including 18 hospitals and 14 emergency helicopter service locations and 1 ground ambulance service. Annually, the Center collects approximately 26,000 blood products (red cell units, platelets, plasma, etc.) to meet the needs of patients. Of that total, 75% of those products are usually collected on the bloodmobiles across West Tennessee. LIFELINE also provides reference lab and cross-matching services to healthcare facilities.
