Trenton, Tenn.–Agents with the 28th District out of Trenton assisted by Gibson County Sheriff’s Department K-9 unit and Trenton TN Police Department served a search warrant on Bell Shirt and Sign shop located at 2016 Hwy 45 Bypass in Trenton pursuant to an investigation.
Agents seized 1/2 ounces of methamphetamine, a felony amount of cocaine, scales covered in drug residue, baggies for resale of drugs, 13 weapons (most were loaded) and $24,910.00 in suspected drug proceeds.
One male was arrested and is being charged with 2 counts of possession of schedule II drugs with intent to sell within 500′ of a school zone (the property joins the Trenton Special School District property)and possession of a weapon during the commission of a dangerous felony.
Agents also seized a felony amount of another drug believed to be and / or contain fentanyl and are awaiting official lab results. More charges could be forthcoming
