
Union City, Tenn.–Two more nurses at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City achieved Clinical Excellence Ladder status for their community service.
The goal of the Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City Clinical Excellence Ladder Program is to recognize and retain clinical expertise & knowledge at the bedside while promoting professional growth, development, leadership and problem solving skills. Nurses have the opportunity to participate annually, while meeting their career goals. Selected nurses must complete certain objectives defined in the program. Community service is one of these many objectives.
