Paris, Tenn.–Meeting in regular session Thursday night, the Paris Municipal Regional Planning Commission approved a site plan for construction of a commercial building and two storage buildings on Mineral Wells Ave.
The plan was approved as amended from the original site plan application and contingent upon TDOT and fire engineer approval.
The new business is called Legacy Plaza and is owned by Charlie Douglas, who plans construction of a 4,680 square foot commercial building and two self-storage buildings, to be located on Mineral Wells Ave. between Commercial Bank and Trust’s branch and the Kroger shopping center. The commercial building will contain three suites that can be used for office space.
Presenting the plan on behalf of Legacy Plaza was Russell Norville of CivilEngineering Solutions in Dyersburg.
In other business during the meeting, the commission conducted zoning ordinance training for commission members and continued discussion of subdivision regulation amendments.
