Paris, Tenn.–Don’t forget to bring your stuffed animals to the Atkins-Porter Botanical Garden Monday morning for a special Story Hour program.
Local Veterinarian Dr. Carter Arnold will be giving free physical exams to your kids’ favorite stuffed animals and Childrens’ Librarian Kayla Nation will read stories about veterinary medicine. Dr. Arnold is the newest associate at Mineral Wells Animal Clinic in Paris.
The weekly Story Hours are sponsored by W.G. Rhea Public Library and are held at 10:30 a.m. Mondays at the A-P Garden.
Rugs are always laid out for kids to sit on and fans are on to make things cool. Cold water also is available.
The Garden is located at 311 Jackson St., Paris.
