Paris, Tenn.–Arlo Mayoza shares his knowledge of bees with Speaker Dottie Kendall of Elkhorn at Monday’s Story Hour at the Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Botanical Garden in Paris. Kendall and her husband are beekeepers at their farm and spoke about bees, their importance to the ecosystem and the importance of beekeeping. The kids also enjoyed W.G. Rhea Children’s Librarian Kayla Nation reading books about bees. The Story Hours are held at 10:30 a.m. on Mondays at the A-P garden.
