Paris, Tenn.–The ribbon-cutting for the second Bicentennial mural in the west alley in downtown Paris will be held at 9 a.m. Monday, June 12. The mural, titled “People, Places and Progress: 1923 to 2023” depicts the second 100 years of Paris’ history. Artist Dan Knowles will explain the images on the mural, which highlight notable people and events from the city’s second hundred years.
