McKenzie, Tenn.–The McKenzie Lady Rebels became district 11 a champions with a victory over Houston County Lady Fighting Irish, 4-2, at McKenzie city park. Briley Auvenshine was the winning pitcher. Savannah Davis delivered a two run home run in the top of the seventh to give McKenzie a two run lead. Houston County went down in order in the bottom of the seventh.
McKenzie will host 12 a district second-place team Monday at McKenzie City Park in the first game of the region tournament while Houston County will host the winner from district 12.
