
Dyer County, Tenn.–The West Tennessee Drug Task Force and Dyer County Sheriff’s Office are seeking a previously convicted felon wanted for drug and gun activity.
Over the weekend, agents from the 29th West Tennessee Drug Task Force out of Dyer Co. and members of the Dyer County Sheriff’s Department followed up on complaints from the community about suspected narcotic activity at a house on Churchton Subdivision Road in Dyer County.
Upon arrival, one male who had active arrest warrants abandoned a vehicle and fled on foot. In plain view in the passenger seat was just over 1 Oz. (32 grams) of methamphetamine and a loaded firearm.
The male, identified as Jay Frame, a previously convicted felon, is wanted for felony drug and weapon charges in addition to his previous outstanding arrest warrants. Agents are working with the community and Dyer County Sheriff’s Department to locate Jay Frame.
