F. Everett Roberts, 88, of Paris, Tennessee, died Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at his residence.
Everett was born Sunday, June 3, 1934, in Henry, Tennessee, to the late John Everett Roberts and the late Vernice Thompson Roberts.
He retired after several years from Emerson Electric where he worked in maintenance.
Everett enjoyed gardening and loved taking trips with his wife.
He was a U.S. Army veteran, a member of the Paris Masonic Lodge #108, and Union Friendship Baptist Church.
He was married Thursday, November 25, 1954, to Mary Lou Henry Roberts, who preceded him in death Saturday, August 15, 2020.
He is survived by two daughters: Beth Roberts, of Paris, and Helen Roberts-Niemi (Larry), of Cottage Grove, Tennessee; one brother: Joe Dudley (Martha) Roberts, of Nolensville, Tennessee; special friend; Jerry Hamlin; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home, 201 Dunlap Street/PO Box 788, Paris, Tennessee, 38242. A private family graveside service and burial will be held.
