Union City, Tenn.–The mural in downtown Union City is certainly taking shape, spotlighting what makes the area unique, including Discovery Park of America and Reelfoot Lake. Union City Native Toney Little, who is now an artist living in Paducah, is painting the mural, which is located at the intersection of First and Washington Streets. Main Street Union City officials said, “We love being able give back to our downtown community through Main Street events, investors and community members. It’s why our organization exists!”.
