On Friday, April 28, 2023 at 11:55am, Officers from the Martin Police Department executed a search warrant at a residence located at 621 Baker Rd. Apt. F in Martin.
According to a press release from Assistant Police Chief Phillip Fuqua, during a search of the residence, officers located two handguns and an AR15 rifle with a drum magazine. It was determined that one of the handguns was stolen from Union City. Officers also located several items of drug paraphernalia, 8.83 lbs. of packaged marijuana and $28,322.00 in cash.
23-year-old Trevor Holland and 43-year-old Demetra Holland were both arrested on the scene. Both of these subjects have been charged with Possession of Sch. VI with intent to sell, theft of property (firearm) and possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony. Arrest warrants have been issued for 25-year-old Tavien Holland and 18-year-old Macy Brawley in regards to this case as well. Tavien Holland and Macy Brawley have both been charged with possession of Sch. VI with intent to sell, theft of property (firearm) and possession of a firearm during commission of a dangerous felony. Tavien Holland and Macy Brawley are both still at large.
