Paris, Tenn.–Due to today’s soggy weather, the World’s Biggest Fish Fry Small Fry parade is postponed until next weekend. Organizer April Summers said it will be held at 10 a.m. May 6 in downtown Paris.
The Catfish Races will still be held this morning, 10 a.m. on the courthouse lawn, according to REAL Hope Director Carl Anderson, who is organizing the event.
A decision on whether to hold The Grassroots Gathering Amateur Boxing Show, set for 1 p.m. on the court square, will be made around 10 a.m. this morning. Organizers said it may be moved to another location. They will announce it on the Paris Downtown Boxing Club’s Facebook page.
