Paris, Tenn.–The Family Resource Center’s literacy van will make its public debut Thursday morning at Trolinger’s BBQ in Paris.

Henry County Schools and the Family Resource Center will be taking the van around the county to encourage reading among children and young people and distribute free books and this will be the first stop.

The van will be at the Trolinger’s parking lot at 10 a.m. through noon. The public will receive its first look at the van and free books will be handed out.

Officials from Henry County Schools, Family Resource Center and the W.G. Rhea Library will be on hand.

As we reported earlier, ESSER 2.0 (Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief) funds were used to purchase the van and supplies.
