Mrs. Diane Dorothy Kovarik, 79, died April 15, 2023, at Regional One Medical Center.
She was born in Chicago, Illinois, Friday, April 23, 1943, to Lloyd and Elanor Fuhrmann Polan.
She retired from Delta Faucet.
She is survived by her son: Kristopher (Joyce) Kovarik, of Lexington, Tennessee; and a grandson: Kyle (Michal) Kovarik.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband: Kenneth J, Kovarik and sister: Marlene Benson.
Graveside services for Mrs. Kovarik is Thursday, April 20, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the cemetery prior to the service. Interment will follow at Pilgrim’s Rest Cemetery.
