Paris, Tenn.–In Paris, Tennessee, even the dumpsters look good. Paris Parks & Recreation Department employee Joel Crosno–who also is an accomplished artist–recently put a new design on one of the downtown dumpters, highlighting the clock tower at the Henry County Courthouse.
