James Edward “Bubber” Booth

James Edward “Bubber” Booth, 50, of Paris, died Saturday, April 1, 2023, in Paris.

Bubber was currently working at Allegro Fine Foods. He enjoyed watching sports, especially Nascar, the Oakland Raiders, and the Tennessee Volunteers. He also collected Superman memorabilia. Bubber attended Lighthouse Ministries.

Born April 5, 1972, in Paris, he was the son of Ruben Edward “Eddie” Booth and Barbara Gail French Booth, who survive of Paris.

In addition to his parents, survivors include his son, Jeremy Lane Booth of Tennessee, a brother, Josh (Erin) Booth of Franklin, KY; a niece, Willa Booth; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Bubber was preceded in death by his grandparents, H.L. “Kitty” and Robbie Jean “Tootie” French, and Charles and Ruby Booth.

Ridgeway Funeral Home 201 Dunlap St./P.O. Box 788, Paris, TN 38242, will be handling the arrangements. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 5, 2023, from 4 until 7 pm, and continue Thursday, April 6, 2023, after 11 am until the time of the service. His funeral service will be held Thursday, April 6, 2023, at 1 pm at Ridgeway Funeral Home with Darren French officiating.

Serving as pallbearers will be Josh Booth, Chad Parks, Chris Evans, Jimbo French, Justin Booth, Jason Booth, & Dewayne French.

Burial will follow the service in Bethesda Cemetery.
