Paris, Tenn.–City of Paris Public Works employees were busy Tuesday repaving the area around the railroad tracks at the intersection of Veterans’ Drive and Dunlap Street. City Manager Kim Foste said they were repaving in between the intersection and the railroad tracks where the pavement was in disrepair. Paris Board of Public Utilities needs to cut in a traffic detection loop for the signal and they needed the section repaved first. The project was completed Tuesday.(Shannon McFarlin photo).
