Paris, Tenn.–It was Elegant Dinner Day at Rhea Elementary School Thursday and that means fancy food, fancy decorations, fancy music and fancy dress for the kids and staff. It’s an annual event and one of the favorites of everyone. Co-chairpersons this year were Jennifer Hollingsworth and Tandye Scearce.
