Paris, Tenn.–It was a big day for Rhea Elementary School Monday as the crew arrived to construct the new greenhouse there. The first grade and Teacher Angela Binkley were awarded this year’s MEGA grant of $5,000 from the Plus program to install the greenhouse. Binkley envisions the greenhouse as a spot for first graders to learn but noted that the whole school will be using it. The construction crew from Scenic Acres Greenhouse Manufacturing of Elkton, Ky. worked rapidly on the installation. They also installed the greenhouse at Inman School earlier.
