Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County High School Madrigals received superior ratings on their performance and on sight reading Thursday at the West Tennessee Vocal Music Educators Association Senior High Choral Festival in Germantown. The renowned musical group will now receive an invitation to participate in the ACDA State Choral Festival in April, which will be held at the University of Memphis. Director Deanna Brown was pleased with their performance and said it was good practice to get feedback from judges before they travel to New York City on March 30th to compete in the WorldStrides Heritage Festival.
