Union City, Tenn.–It’s called “Hero to the Line” and it’s an organization that works to give well-bred Labrador Retriever puppies to Veterans of all branches of the military, active and non-active, or Gold Star families. They performed field trail activities in Union City over the weekend, with some older dogs with different trainers.
Scott Greer of Northfork Retrievers was their special guest. At the end of the event Organization President Craig Zimmer gave three veterans three Labrador Retriever puppies that had been donated for the program. This is to help the Vets and families get involved with outdoor activities and bring not only them, but bring them closer to the community
