Paris, Tenn.–It’s hard to tell who was happiest–members of the Scout Troop 40100 or Assistant Paris Police Chief Ean Reed. The troop had a Valentine’s Day surprise for Reed by delivering cookies to him at the police station. In return, Reed gave them a tour of the police department and the Scouts had lots of questions.
