Williams allegedly posted on social media, “Im like Ye. I’m back to shoot up the school McKenzie/Carroll County”. The reference to ‘Ye’ was about rapper Kanye West.

McKenzie Police Chief Ryan White told the McKenzie Banner that his depatment worked with the school’s SROs to implement a security plan after the threat was made.

He said police arrested Williams after they checked several locations. He told officers he meant it as a reference to a joke made by Kanye West and he had no intention of shooting up any schools.
