Palmersville, Tenn.–A Palmersville man has been charged with rape of a child by the Weakley County Sheriff’s Office.
Andrew Daniel Webster, age 34, was chaged with rape of a child, sexual exploitation of a minor and aggravated sexual battery involving incidents with an eight-year-old girl.
According to the police report, Webster is charged with using a sex toy and taking explicit photos of her.
