Paris, Tenn.–Due to the potential for more icy weather and refreezing of already precarious roadways, the Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction has made the decision to close again tomorrow, Wednesday, February 1, 2023. Helping Hand was also closed Tuesday due to icy conditions.
Helping Hand officials said, “We value the safety of our friends and volunteers and feel their safety should be our priority.”
If you have already made perishable food items to donate, please bring them as soon as we reopen. We will include them with that day’s auction. We will reschedule all the groups that were supposed to contribute items on Tuesday and Wednesday to a date to be determined. We will announce the make-up dates as soon as we can make the determination.
