Paris, Tenn.– Henry County will be under an Ice Storm Warning at 6 PM this evening and this will be in effect until noon CST on Wednesday.

Before the weather, prepare with the following checklist:
- Charge cell phones and power banks so you may stay winter aware, receive notifications, and reach loved ones.
- In your home, please have a flashlight, batteries, blankets, and a first aid kit available.
- In your vehicle. Please have a flashlight, batteries, blankets, winter coats & mittens, and a first aid kit available.
- In the pantry, stock a three-day supply of non-perishable food and bottled water. Remember any medications and personal hygiene products, too.
- For your pets, have plenty of food and supplies for them and bring them inside if you can.
- Check-in with your loved ones, neighbors and the elderly. Create an emergency contact group in your phone that includes all of these people you may need to reach.
- Report any outages or disruptions of service with the MYBPU app or by calling 731-642-1322. We rely on customers to report any disruptions to aid in restoration efforts.
