
Union City, Tenn.–The ringing of bells marked the grand opening of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City’s Physician Office Building and Women’s Health Clinic Tuesday morning. Tours of the Women’s Health Clinic were held along with the grand opening.
Speakers included Jason Little, president and CEO, Baptist Memorial Health Care; Skipper Bondurant, CEO and administrator, Baptist Union City; Dr. Mark Swanson, VP, Baptist Memorial Health Care, and CEO, Baptist Medical Group; Dr. Elizabeth Lund, OB-GYN, Baptist Medical Group-Women’s Health Center of Union City;Lindsey Beth Atkins, Baptist Medical Group-Women’s Health Center Health Center of Union City.
Invocation was led by Michael Dennison, Chaplain, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Baptist Hospital Group’s commitment to regional health care was presented, along with the importance of access.
Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City, formerly Obion County General Hospital, became affiliated with Baptist Memorial Health Care in 1982. The 137-bed licensed facility is located in Union City.
