Union City Tenn–The public is invited to the Grand Opening of the Baptist Memorial-Union City Physician Office Building featuring Women’s Health Center. The ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, January 17.
The grand opening for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City’s Phyisician Office Building will include tours of Baptist Medical Group-Women’s Health Clinic.
Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City, formerly Obion County General Hospital, became affiliated with Baptist Memorial Health Care in 1982. The 137-bed licensed facility is located in the northwest corner of Tennessee, just south of the Kentucky border. Medical services include inpatient and outpatient surgery, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, coronary intensive care, cancer treatment, a sleep disorders center, a 24-hour emergency room, telemedicine, imaging and laboratory services. The hospital also offers labor and delivery services and delivers the most babies in the area as part of the largest maternity and women’s health care facility in northwest Tennessee.
