Janice Platt Foust, 64, of Paris, died Thursday, January 12, 2023, at her residence.
She was born November 7, 1958, in Astoria, Oregon, to John Edward Platt and Rose Marie Paschall Platt, who both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother: Johnny Platt.
Janice was a member of First Baptist Church in Paris. She worked for Paint Plus and Flooring. She was very talented at her crafts and enjoyed her hobbies. She also enjoyed her dog Snoopy.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband: Charlie Foust, of Paris, Tennessee, who she married Saturday, October 23, 1976; her sons: Marshall (Lindsay) Foust, of Paris, Tennessee and Garrett (Elise) Foust, of Brentwood, Tennessee; and her grandchildren: Annabelle, Bodie, Charlie, Rowan, and Miles Foust.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2023, at McEvoy Funeral Home with Dr. Trent Bullock of First Baptist Church.
Burial will be held at Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, prior to service.
