Helping Hand Radio Auction Total Now At $30,607

Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Helping Hand Radio Auction is moving right along. On its second day a total $30,607 has been raised for the annual auction which benefits over 80 local non-profit and public service organizations. Thousands of dollars are raised each year.
Tuesday’s total of $4,861 raised by the Henry County Fair Association, Henry County Masonic/OES Martha Chapters, Paris Academy for the Arts, Paris First United Pentacostal Church, Project Bridge and the Moose Lodge.
Tomorrow’s items will be donated by: East Wood Clinic, Tomorrow’s Hope, Paris Surgical Specialists, Dialysis Clinic, and West TN Bone & Joint Clinic.
Today’s auctioneer was Ray Compton, with members of the Lakeway Kiwanis manning the phones.

Drop off items and the Paris Convention Center between 7-9 p.m. The auction starts at 12:30 p.m. daily and noon on Satudays. To bid, call 644 1695.
Looking ahead, Thursday’s items will be donated by: Paris Quota, Carey Counseling, Downtown Paris Association and REL Asphalt and Seal Coating.
