Mrs. Dorothy Mae Muzzall, 94, of Paris, died at her residence Wednesday, December 7, 2022.
She was born Friday, June 8, 1928, in Paris, Tennessee, to Fayne Harrison Edgar and Pearl Trotter Edgar, who both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her sister Lucille Burton and brother: Dale Edgar.
Dorothy was a member of Jones Chapel Baptist Church. She liked fishing, squirrel hunting, and playing dominoes.
She married Furman W. Muzzall Wednesday, October 10, 1945. He preceded her in death Thursday, February 26, 1987.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Gloria Arndt, of Paris, Tennessee, and Susie Muzzall, of Jackson, Tennessee; her son: Furman (Linda) Muzzall, Jr. of Clarksville, Tennessee; her grandchildren: Rachel (Rex) Ruddle, Angela Ball, Thomas Muzzall, and Jeremy (Paula) Muzzall; 10 Great and 6 Great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, and her special friend and caregiver: Charlene Pollack.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, December 10, 2022, at McEvoy Funeral Home, with Joe Shannon officiating.
Burial will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery,
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
