Ms. Linda Baggett, 81, of Big Rock, Tennessee, was called home to be with the Lord Monday, December 5, 2022, at her residence with her loving family by her side.
She was born Tuesday, July 15, 1941 in Dover, Tennessee, the beloved daughter of the late James and Otis Hawkins.
She was a longtime employee of ACME Boot. She attended Dyers Creek Church of God. Linda was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin, and loyal friend to many.
Linda met and married the love of her life, Ernest, Saturday, December 22, 1962. Together they built a loving home, had three beautiful daughters, had many years of happiness together and made precious memories to cherish for a lifetime.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother: Donald Clay Hawkins.
Those left to cherish her memory, her husband: Ernest Baggett; daughters: Regina Keel (Mike), Devona Walsh (Charles), and Jamie Borens (Todd), sister: Martha Phillips (Dale), of Rosemark, Tennessee; grandchildren: Paul Lewis, Rachel Taylor (William), Sarah Keel, Rebecca Henderson (Dylan), and Alexandria Wilson (Jacob), great-grandchildren; Clyde Lewis, Knox Taylor, and Haisleigh Wilson.
A graveside service will be held at Slayden Baptist Church, 3115 Slayden Marion Road, Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee, 37051, Friday, December 9, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. with Bro Garrette Milliken officiating. Family will serve as pallbearers.
