Billy Ray Boulton, 91, of Paris, Tennessee, died Thursday, November 24, 2022, at his residence.
He was born Wednesday, November 18, 1931, in Lawton, Oklahoma, to Ray Boulton and Ruby Boulton, who both preceded him in death.
Mr. Boulton was a U.S. Army Veteran retiring with the rank of Major. He also retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a rural carrier. Billy attended the University of Oklahoma and was a big OU sports enthusiast. He enjoyed growing various cactus in his greenhouse and formerly was a radio controlled airplane hobbyist.
Mr. Boulton was married to Betty Sue Oliver Boulton Thursday, August 9, 1990.
