Paris, Tenn.–The Kids’ Cooking Competition continues to be a popular event at the Henry County Fair and the teams didn’t disappoint again this year. Teams cooked up filet mignon with green beans and stuffed mushrooms; egg rolls with Asian salad; sloppy joes, apple coleslaw with peaches and cream dessert.
The Saucey Sistas team–Cori Hopkins and Karamaneh Norwood- under Coach Melissa McDade won this year and Lydia Fryburger made a cake for the demonstration while the teams cooked.
Door prizes were handed out courtesy of Lakeway IGA and Palmers Beef.
