Paris, Tenn.–The Paris-Henry County Chamber is returning home from the Tennessee Chamber of Commerce Executives Annual Conference with the 2022 Event Excellence Award for Tennessee River Jam.
“It’s an incredible honor for a new event like ours to bring home this coveted award,” according to Chamber CEO Travis McLeese. “Our staff, Board of Directors, volunteers and sponsors have worked tirelessly to bring this event to fruition and to have it acknowledged by our peers in this way is a pretty humbling experience.”
Chambers from across the state are nominated for the Executive of the Year, Event Excellence, Volunteer of the Year, and Professional of the Year.
“The conference as a whole is an overwhelming experience because we are able to network and learn from other organizations from across the state,” Community Relations Director Kasey Muench said. “We are ready to get back to the office and roll up our sleeves to implement the things we learned. This award is an incredible acknowledgment and we look forward to making improvements to TNRJ and continue to make a significant impact on our community.”
