McKenzie, Tenn.– Out of all the small cities in Tennessee (333), the Tennessee Municipal League selected McKenzie to receive the award for Small City Progress at its annual convention.

Mayor Jill Holland said, “This is a major testament to the diligent work that so many in our city have put toward improving our city over the past 12 years. Our city has seen a lot of progress in the past 12 years without raising property taxes a single time.”
