Paris, Tenn.–Deneicia Gregson of the Henry County Fair Association will be the guest speaker at the Henry County Historical Society meeting at 6 p.m. Thursday, August 4 at the Henry County Courthouse.
The theme for the 2022 Fair is “Let’s Celebrate: Past, Present, Future” and plans are to have exhibits and programs highlighting 200 years of Paris and Henry County history.
The Fair will be from August 19-27 and the Bicentennial will be celebrated at the fairgrounds on Wednesday, August 24, with historical presentations and demonstrations.
At Thursday’s meeting of the Historical Society, annual dues of $10 will be collected and society officers and board members will be elected.
