Hazel, Ky. –Fugitive Ronnie Sharp is in custody.
After trying to evade Henry County Sheriff’s Office and Calloway County Sheriff’s Office over the past few days, Sharp was taken into custody on State Street in Hazel after fleeing into an occupied home. Sharp is currently being transported to the Henry County Jail.
He was arrested after several days of being on the run from law enforcement in Henry County, Tenn., Calloway and Marshall Counties in Kentucky.
As we reported earlier, Sharp has been on the run, involved in several pursuits both involving vehicles and on foot and has attempted to ram police cruisers in Henry and Calloway Counties. He also is believed to have stolen a vehicle in Puryear Tuesday morning.
