Paris, Tenn.–The Henry County Health Department and WRAP (Women’s Resource And Rape Prevention) will be holding its annual Red Sand Project at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 27, on the steps of the courthouse.
The interactive ceremony recognizes those who have fallen between the cracks. Anyone is encouraged to attend.
