Paris, Tenn.–A 14-year-old from Paris is still in the ICU at Vanderbilt Medical Center following a vehicle accident which occurred Monday, July 18, and money is being raised to help with his treatment.
Ravon Pinner, a member of the Henry County High School Class of 2026, was airlifted to Vanderbilt in critical condition.
A group of local mothers are raising money to help Ravon and his family. Organizers said his mother, Endrea Ray, is there taking care of him and need our community to show up and show out for them in true Henry County fashion. His grandmother is Willette Ray.
The group raised $2,800 Sunday night at the Eiffel Tower Park where a donation table was set up. Jennifer Culpepper said, “I’m afraid that’s just a drop in the bucket of what they are going to need” and that fundraising for the family continues.
They are asking for donations of cash, Visa gift cards, or even restaurant gift cards to help with expenses.
Culpepper said, “Ravon and his family have a very long road ahead of them and need our prayers, love, and support. There is no gift too small, it all adds up. Every single penny will go to the family.”
