Mr. Robert William “Bob” Dues, 63, of Union City, passed away 3:47 p.m. Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Bob was born Thursday, June 4, 1959, in Blue Lake, Kentucky, son of the late William Edward and Helen Elizabeth (Ernst) Dues. He was also preceded in death by one brother.
He married Patty Rae (Chambers) Dues Thursday, October 15, 2009. She survives. He worked in maintenance at Union City Housing Authority for many years.
He is also survived by one daughter: Amanda Chambers, of Union City; three sons: Mike Chambers (Kimberly), of Chesapeake, Virginia, Dustin Dues, of Union City and Cody Dues (Gloria Bullock), of Union City; three grandchildren: Ryan Chambers and Matthew Chambers, both of Chesapeake, Virginia; and Cayden Dues, of Union City; and two sisters: Betty Epperson, of Simpsonville, Kentucky, and Mary Cockerill, of Kentucky.
There will be no service at this time.
Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
