Dover, Tenn.–Fort Donelson National Battlefield is looking for a few good volunteers.
Pari officials said they still have a few volunteer spots available to help them place a U.S. flag at each headstone at Fort Donelson National Cemetery. It is an event that happens every year just prior to Memorial Day. If you are interested in helping out, or have any questions, please give them a call at the Fort Donelson Visitor Center at 1-931-232-5706.
Volunteers will meet at the Fort Donelson National Cemetery on Friday, May 27th, at 10:00 am. The cemetery is located at 174 National Cemetery Drive, Dover, TN., 37058. Please remember to wear appropriate footwear and bring water.

The Fort Donelson Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, May 30. The event is on the RadioNWTN calendar of events on our website and a separate article will be published later.
