Paris, Tenn.–A Big Sandy man is being held in the Henry County Jail on a long list of charges including kidnapping, child abuse, reckless endangerment and drug charges.
Justin Carter, age 34, is being held without bond for probation violation and bond of $60,000 on the other charges.
Carter was arrested Saturday afternoon at Henry County Medical Center by Henry County Sheriff’s deputies.
Charges include two counts of kidnapping, two counts child abuse and neglect, two counts reckless endangerment (without a weapon), possession of meth, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident and driving on suspended license.
