Paris, Tenn.–And now for the Small Fry.
Under perfect blue skies, the World’s Biggest Fish Fry Small Fry Parade was held in downtown Paris. A smaller version of the Grand Parade the day before, the local Small Fry strutted their stuff in creative and colorful costumes and mini-floates.
